Cllr Caramel Quin
Labour Councillor for Upper Walthamstow
Caramel Quin lives in the heart of Upper Walthamstow and has lived in Walthamstow for 25 years. She is a writer, a parent, walks her dog here and has an allotment here. She already works extensively for the community with her work chairing a residents association and running a mini foodbank.
Caramel is Vice Chair of Climate Scrutiny committee.
