Cllr Jack Phipps
Labour Councillor for William Morris
Jack Phipps is a community activist and volunteer, having won awards for his work with the local food bank. He is especially passionate about tackling poverty due to the cost-of-living crisis created by the Conservative government.
Jack is Chair of Audit and Governance and sits on Budget and Performance Scrutiny committee.
