Cllr Marie Pye
Labour Councillor for Leytonstone
Marie Pye has been a Leytonstone councillor for 15 years and is a disability rights activist, having been disabled herself since a teenager. She is proud of the work done with local community and faith groups to improve our area, including the Stone Space Gallery in Church Lane and the significant council funding for the Chanukah celebrations for all the community.
Marie is the Chair of Growth Scrutiny committee and is Vice Chair of Adult Social Care Scrutiny committee.
