Richard Sweden has been your councillor for the last 20 years, and is an experienced former social worker. He is proud to have chaired a cross borough scrutiny committee on Whipps Cross, making sure that residents get the best possible hospital fit for the 21st Century.
Richard is the Chair of Adult Social Care Scrutiny, Chair of Whipps Cross Joint Health Overview and Scrutiny, Vice Chair of Health Scrutiny and sits on Licensing committee.
