Labour Councillor for Chapel End and Cabinet Member for Adults
Louise Mitchell is proud to have represented Chapel End as a councillor for the last 8 years. It is where she has lived since moving to Waltham Forest almost 16 years ago. She is currently Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care and is especially proud of the Dementia Hub in the ward, one of only four in the country, which pioneers new approaches to Dementia care.
