Paul Douglas has been your councillor since 2010, and is a strong advocate for the ward. As Cabinet member for culture he was instrumental in making Waltham Forest the first ever Borough of Culture such a success and has overseen the town hall square being made a space for all.
He is now Cabinet Member for Finance and Resources.
