Plans to revitalise the space

We plan to revitalise the use of Coronation Garden, especially the beautiful bandstand. The park hosted 4500 people attending Leyton Más this Summer and we now have reusable structures that can help to support more events in the ward. We’re working with local organisations to create more opportunities for young people to showcase their talents, and hope to see young people using the bandstand with music and dance next year. In addition, we are starting up a young environmental steering group in Leyton for anyone aged 18 or below.
